Surabhi Venkatesh is currently on the quest of pursuing a Masters degree in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. With an undergraduate degree in Mass Media (and a third year specialization in Advertising) from Sophia's College, Mumbai, Surabhi intends on making a thriving and an extremely envious career in the marketing communications discipline.
Originally intending to become a journalist, Surabhi was brainwashed by the glamour of advertising agencies as a result of her internship as a copywriter and her mother's perseverance. Having met a number of inspirational ad people, Surabhi is now convinced that she does have the potential to fit in the industry, she believes that she possesses a fair amount of amateur knowledge about the industry (well enough to write a blog about it!).
Besides tirelessly working to make this blog look even remotely sensible, she enjoys making most of her time- sleeping for 14 hours straight, lying in bed while catching up on the latest sitcoms, watching A LOT of movies, eating a lot of cheesy and fried food, and a bit more.
